Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email and basic web applications.
