As a Marketing Assistant at JWS Steel, you'll be the unsung hero behind the brand's success. You'll assist with a wide range of marketing activities, from crafting compelling content to supporting campaign execution, all while gaining invaluable experience in the steel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Content creation: Generate engaging content (written, visual, social media) that aligns with brand messaging and target audiences.
• Campaign support: Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
• Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Data analysis: Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Administrative tasks: Manage schedules, prepare presentations, and maintain marketing assets and databases.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and relevant design tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
