• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update information in our CRM system.
• Analyze call data and reports to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate customer interactions effectively.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
• Sales experience and knowledge of the steel industry beneficial, but not required.
