As a Business Analyst at Lenskart, you will be the bridge between data and decision-making. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, analyze data from diverse sources, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to identify data needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and document them clearly.
• Dive into data: Explore and analyze data from various sources (e-commerce platform, CRM, customer feedback, etc.) using analytical tools and methodologies.
• Storytelling with data: Craft compelling narratives and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively, influencing key decisions and driving actionable outcomes.
• Process optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis, proposing solutions and collaborating on implementation.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep yourself updated on the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
