• Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
• Gather valuable feedback from customers and communicate it to the relevant teams for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Stay updated on Paytm's latest offerings and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
