- Guest & Visitor Management: Greet visitors warmly, handle registrations, and coordinate meetings across departments.
- Information Hub: Answer inquiries confidently, direct guests to relevant personnel, and maintain accurate office information.
- Document Management: Organize and file essential documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Travel & Expense Management: Book travel arrangements, manage petty cash, and handle expense reports efficiently.
- Inventory & Logistics Support: Assist with inventory management tasks and coordinate internal logistics as needed.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute internal events, managing bookings, catering, and logistics.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handle a range of administrative duties, from maintaining calendars to managing office supplies.
