As our Data Recovery Specialist in North Dumdum, you'll be the data doctor, diagnosing and resolving data loss issues across various Lenskart systems and devices. You'll wear multiple hats, from recovering corrupted files and restoring lost information to implementing data protection measures and ensuring the integrity of our valuable data assets. Your technical expertise, analytical skills, and commitment to data security will be key in safeguarding Lenskart's information and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot data loss issues arising from hardware failures, software glitches, or human error.
• Recover lost or corrupted data from various storage devices, including hard drives, SSDs, and cloud storage platforms.
• Utilize data recovery software and techniques to extract and restore lost information efficiently.
• Analyze data loss incidents and identify root causes to prevent future occurrences.
• Implement data protection measures, including backups, encryption, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate records of data recovery activities and document procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated on the latest data recovery technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to resolve data-related issues and ensure data security.

Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in data recovery or a similar technical role.
• Proven expertise in data recovery software and techniques, including data carving, disk imaging, and file system repair.
• Strong understanding of data storage technologies, file systems, and operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data recovery and documentation tasks.
• Fluency in Bengali and English is essential.
