Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, providing initial information and assistance regarding HDFC Bank products and services.
• Open savings and current accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle other routine banking transactions.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
• Provide guidance and support to customers using online banking platforms and mobile banking apps.
• Address customer queries and concerns related to accounts, transactions, loans, and other banking services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures while upholding high customer service standards.

Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
