As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the voice of a specific category or product line within Myntra, playing a crucial role in building brand preference and driving demand. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, merchandising) to understand current trends, define targeted marketing strategies, and execute engaging campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base in North Dumdum. Your creativity, data-driven approach, and deep understanding of the online fashion landscape will be key in propelling Myntra's category leadership and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify current trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities within your assigned category.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for assigned products and categories, aligning with Myntra's overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Craft compelling narratives, create engaging content, and manage diverse marketing channels (social media, email, app notifications, etc.) to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and other product teams to develop product stories and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaign performance using data analytics to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Partner with influencer marketing teams to identify and leverage relevant partners to amplify brand reach and product engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices within the online fashion space, incorporating innovative ideas into your campaigns.
- Analyze customer feedback and market insights to refine product offerings and improve marketing effectiveness.
Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Strong understanding of the online fashion landscape, current trends, and customer behavior in India.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Bengali and English is desirable.
