Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Product Knowledge & Recommendation: Become an expert on Myntra's vast fashion offerings, confidently recommending styles and trends that cater to each customer's unique preferences.
• Try-On Assistance & Styling: Assist customers with try-on experiences, offering styling tips and creating personalized looks that boost their confidence and satisfaction.
• Delivery & Returns Management: Facilitate smooth deliveries and returns, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient resolution of any return requests.
• Inventory & Display Management: Maintain organized store displays and stockrooms, ensuring product availability and visual appeal for an inviting shopping environment.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to create a seamless and efficient customer journey.

Skills:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates with a passion for fashion and customer service are welcome!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle diverse customer needs with a smile.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage busy store environments.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
