Responsibilities:
- Tech Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Whitehat JR's products, from app hiccups to website woes, ensuring a seamless user experience for kids and parents alike.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Whitehat JR's cybersecurity solutions, mastering all the features and functionalities to confidently answer any questions thrown your way.
- Communication Wizardry: Possess exceptional communication skills to interact with parents and children effectively, providing clear and patient support in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Think on your feet and creatively tackle unexpected challenges, ensuring every customer interaction ends with a smile (or a happy emoji!).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track support trends, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to contribute to the continuous development of Whitehat JR's customer support experience.

Skills:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (fresh graduates with a passion for technology and a heart for kids are welcome!).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find solutions to technical challenges.
