Responsibilities:
- Tech Detective: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers while using the Lenskart website, app, or in-store systems.
- Resolution Champion: Develop and implement effective solutions to technical problems, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution for customers.
- Communication Connoisseur: Clearly explain technical concepts to customers in a friendly and understandable manner, building trust and exceeding expectations.
- Data Decoder: Analyze customer feedback and technical data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
- Process Pro: Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure efficient troubleshooting and support for future issues.
- Tech-Savvy Collaborator: Work closely with internal teams (product, development) to identify and resolve technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement of Lenskart's technology platforms.
- Quality Crusader: Proactively identify and report potential technical vulnerabilities or areas for improvement to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, and point-of-sale systems (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
