• Become the restaurant partner's champion: Assist restaurants with onboarding onto the Zomato platform, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions for mutual success.
• Customer Hero: Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders, deliveries, and the Zomato platform, exceeding expectations with your empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Data Detective: Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement within the customer experience, providing valuable insights to optimize operations.
• Tech Savvy Master: Utilize call center software and internal systems effectively to manage interactions, track progress, and ensure efficient resolution of issues.
• Communication Champion: Maintain clear and concise communication with both restaurants and customers, fostering positive relationships and building trust in the Zomato brand.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders over the phone.
