Lenskart is currently seeking energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to join its team. Field Sales Executives play a crucial role in expanding Lenskart's customer base and driving sales. They are responsible for generating leads, prospecting for new clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect for new potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Negotiate prices and close deals
• Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
