As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to gain actionable insights. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, track their performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations to communicate your findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources (e.g., website, social media, CRM) to understand customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Develop and implement marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for marketing optimization and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing analytics tools and technologies.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing data and insights to stakeholders.

Skills:

• Proven experience in marketing analytics with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for data and a desire to use it to make a positive impact.
