As an Administrative Manager, you'll be the glue that holds our team together. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation by handling a diverse range of administrative tasks. From managing facilities and travel to organizing events and meetings, you'll wear many hats and do it all with a smile.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all office operations, including facilities management, travel arrangements, vendor relations, and procurement.
- Plan and execute events, meetings, and conferences flawlessly, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for all attendees.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems and processes to optimize efficiency and workflow.
- Manage budgets and track expenses, ensuring responsible use of company resources.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams, proactively addressing their needs and queries.
- Create a positive and productive work environment by fostering collaboration and communication.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (freshers welcome!).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
