As a Sales Executive at Lenskart, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets in your assigned store. You'll be a product expert, a style advisor, and a trusted guide, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their eyewear purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and engage customers, understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable eyewear options.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Lenskart's product range, understand features, benefits, and target audiences.
• Eyeglass and Sunglass Fitting: Assist customers with trying on eyeglasses and sunglasses, ensuring proper fit and style recommendations.
• Contact Lens Consultation: Provide basic guidance on contact lens types, usage, and care, adhering to company guidelines.
• Sales and Upselling: Effectively communicate eyewear value propositions, address concerns, and negotiate deals to secure sales and achieve targets.
• Store Operations: Assist with maintaining store cleanliness, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service across all touchpoints.
