As a Customer Officer at Vistara, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our passengers throughout their travel journey. You'll be the face of Vistara at various touchpoints, from check-in and boarding to in-flight service and assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-flight Services: Handle check-in procedures, verify travel documents, answer passenger inquiries, and ensure smooth and efficient boarding processes.
• Passenger Assistance: Provide exceptional in-flight service, attend to passenger needs and requests, and ensure safety and comfort during the flight.
• Communication and Problem-solving: Effectively communicate with passengers in a professional and courteous manner, address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to handle emergency situations on board, follow safety protocols, and ensure passenger well-being during such situations.
• Baggage Handling: Assist with passenger baggage claims, maintain accurate records, and provide information on baggage regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate flight records, document passenger interactions, and generate reports as required.
