In this dynamic position, you'll wear many hats, from assisting customers with eyewear selection and purchases to managing store inventory and coordinating with various departments. You'll be the face of Lenskart in your community, building positive relationships and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile (and clear vision!).

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their eyewear journey.
• Assist customers in choosing the perfect eyeglasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses based on their needs and preferences.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth transactions and timely deliveries.
• Manage store inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels and coordinating with the regional team for replenishment.
• Provide basic eye care support and answer customer questions related to eyewear and lens options.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless store operations.
• Uphold Lenskart's brand values of customer-centricity, innovation, and excellence at all times.

Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail, preferably within the eyewear industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and relevant store management software.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and grow.
