• Assist in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Create compelling content, including social media posts, emailers, website copy, and blog articles.
• Analyze campaign performance and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
• Manage and maintain social media channels, engaging with Paytm's audience and building brand awareness.
• Support with event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (freshers welcome!).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Passion for technology and understanding of the Indian digital payments landscape.
