As a Coordinator at Lenskart, you'll be at the heart of this mission, ensuring smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations in every role.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Coordinator: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, resolving customer queries, handling orders, and ensuring a seamless, delightful experience.
• Operations Coordinator: Keep the wheels turning behind the scenes! Streamline workflows, manage inventory, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Supply Chain Coordinator: Bridge the gap between suppliers and Lenskart's needs. Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records to keep our supply chain flowing smoothly.

Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Computer proficiency, familiar with basic office applications.
