Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to understand new feature requirements and implementation plans.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure new features function flawlessly.
• Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on new features and processes.
• Document implementation processes and procedures for future reference.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring timely completion and cost-efficiency.
• Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the food delivery and tech industries.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or technology implementation roles.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for food and technology (a plus).
