Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the retail and eyewear industries.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with SQL and data mining techniques (a plus).
• Understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape (a plus).
