Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to car repairs, services, sales, and ownership experience.
- Offer proactive support and guidance to ensure a seamless journey for every Maruti Suzuki customer.
- Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions for future reference.

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computers and internet applications.
- A passion for automobiles and understanding of the car industry (a plus).
