Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers within your assigned territory.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Lenskart's eyewear products and services.
• Demonstrate and recommend eyewear options that best suit customer needs and preferences.
• Close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at every touchpoint.
• Build strong relationships with customers and foster brand loyalty.
• Contribute to store ambiance and participate in promotional activities.

Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Product knowledge and passion for the eyewear industry (a plus).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory) and additional languages (a plus).
