Mother Dairy Careers 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and restaurants in your assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and negotiate profitable deals for Mother Dairy products.
• Monitor retail stock levels and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Promote new product launches and educate retailers and customers about Mother Dairy's offerings.
• Collect sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Build brand awareness and loyalty for Mother Dairy within your territory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining ethical and professional conduct.

Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferably Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
• Passion for FMCG and dairy products, with a good understanding of the Indian market.
