Lenskart, India's leading online and offline eyewear brand, is searching for talented and passionate Marketing Staff to join their growing team. As a Marketing Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and activities. You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns:
  • Assist with research and analysis of target markets and competitor trends.
  • Generate creative content for marketing materials, such as social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports to the marketing team.
• Manage Lenskart's social media accounts:
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish content according to a social media calendar.
  • Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide reports to the marketing team.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team:
  • Maintain and organize marketing materials and files.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Manage and update marketing databases.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
