Emami, a leading FMCG company in India, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting Emami's products and services within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the success of Emami's marketing initiatives within your territory.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customer leads through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and telemarketing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits and features of Emami's products and services
Close deals, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely onboarding of new customers
Provide ongoing support to existing customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly
Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate
