Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer identification and verification through live video calls, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations.
• Review and analyze customer documents presented during the video call, including Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, and other relevant documents.
• Capture customer photographs and signatures for record-keeping purposes.
• Answer customer queries and address concerns related to the video KYC process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all KYC transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth completion of the account opening process.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (freshers welcome!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers in a virtual setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable navigating online platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and KYC procedures is a plus.
