Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing project plans from conception to completion, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals and brand strategy.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, design, and technology, to bring marketing campaigns to life.
• Break down large projects into manageable tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage budgets effectively to secure the best possible resources and services.
• Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to optimize future projects.
• Present project progress and results to stakeholders, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering marketing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies, including campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Passion for the grocery industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the online space is a plus.
