• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to increase order value.
• Build rapport with customers and create a positive brand experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on BigBasket's promotions and product offerings.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and close deals.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to customer issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM systems and order management tools.

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry.
• Passion for food and a basic understanding of grocery products a plus.
