As a Customer Care Associate at Vistara, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails from guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Provide accurate and helpful information about Vistara's services, fares, and policies.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations.
• De-escalate difficult situations and maintain a positive and courteous demeanor.
• Document all interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Skills:

• Minimum Graduation in any stream
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Pleasant personality and a genuine passion for serving others.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
