• Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements effectively.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and inquiries, ensuring efficient communication.
• Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Research and gather information to support the executive's decision-making.
• Organize and manage meetings and events flawlessly.
• Anticipate and proactively address the executive's needs and requirements.
• Maintain a confidential and organized office environment.
• Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
