- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in various formats (physical and digital).
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents efficiently.
- Securely manage confidential information and adhere to company data privacy policies.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a functional environment.
