As a Remote Front Desk Manager at Britannia, you'll be the virtual backbone of the hotel, ensuring smooth operations and exceeding guest expectations from the comfort of your own home.   • Manage guest reservations and room assignments efficiently through a dedicated online platform.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs smoothly, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with room upgrades, cancellations, and other guest requests.
  • Manage billing and payments accurately and securely.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and effectively, exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and room status.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff and departments to ensure coordination and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
