We are seeking passionate and customer-centric individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience, from booking and check-in to boarding and baggage claim.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service:
  • Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flights, fares, and travel procedures.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
• Handle ticketing and boarding procedures:
  • Process ticket purchases and reservations.
  • Issue boarding passes and assist with baggage check-in.
  • Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of passenger information.
• Manage airport operations:
  • Assist with passenger boarding and disembarking.
  • Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety and security of passengers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay informed and adaptable:
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in airline policies and procedures.
  • Adapt to different customer needs and situations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Hindi language skills (a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for aviation and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
