Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Manage and organize documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and customer files.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with other back-office tasks as needed, including filing, photocopying, and data analysis.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
