As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors. You will also play a vital role in identifying and developing new market opportunities.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with Britannia's overall business objectives.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals.
- Manage and grow key accounts through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies to close deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable sales policies and procedures.
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Deep understanding of the FMCG market and customer buying behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
