• Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals.
• Manage and grow key accounts through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies to close deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable sales policies and procedures.

Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
• Deep understanding of the FMCG market and customer buying behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
