As a Business Development Representative at Lenskart, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, building relationships, and presenting Lenskart's products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (online, offline networking, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their needs.
• Present Lenskart's products and services in a compelling and informative manner.
• Negotiate deals and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Exceed sales targets and achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with other teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the eyewear industry.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with potential clients.

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the eyewear industry is a plus.
