Vistara is seeking a passionate and skilled Data Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including internal systems, external databases, and customer surveys.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data analysis models and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support various departments with data-driven analysis for operational efficiency, customer insights, and revenue optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams, including business units, marketing, and finance, to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven skills in data collection, cleaning, and wrangling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Python, R, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing is a plus.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for data and a desire to translate insights into action.
