The Chat Agent will provide support to customers through chat. They will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing support. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

-Translating complex data into easy to understand graphs, charts and reports

-Identifying trends and insights in the data and coming up with conclusions

-Working with the data scientist to improve and build new models

Qualifications:-

-A degree in statistics or a related field

-At least 1 year of experience working with data

-Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products

-Familiarity with SQL and programming languages
