The Merchandising Associate will be responsible for partnering with the buying team to execute assortment and merchandising strategies in order to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of seasonal and monthly buying plans
• Identify and analyze category and product trends
• Recommend product assortments that reflect market trends
• Partner with buying team to ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing and profitable manner
• Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in merchandising, fashion, business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
