We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in acquiring new riders and drivers for the Uber platform through outbound phone calls.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a telemarketing or sales role.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
• Experience with outbound call center software is a plus.
