We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of office operations, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee the office staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Budget and track office expenses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
- Plan and organize office parties and social events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with facilities management is a plus.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
