Lenskart, India's leading optical retail chain, is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Concierge to join our growing team. As a Concierge, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and welcome them to Lenskart
• Assist customers with selecting and trying on glasses
• Provide expert advice on frame selection, lens options, and eye care
• Process customer orders and arrange for eye exams
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively
• De-escalate escalated situations and maintain customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
