As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent quality and safety of Britannia's products throughout the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for coordinating quality control activities, conducting inspections, maintaining quality control documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for Britannia's products
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Manage and maintain quality control records, including inspection reports, corrective action reports, and test results
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends and potential issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Train and supervise quality control personnel on proper inspection procedures and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices in food quality control
• Liaise with external laboratories and regulatory agencies for quality testing and compliance purposes
