• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans, aligned with Zomato's overall marketing strategy and business objectives
• Craft compelling and engaging content, including press releases, social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials
• Manage media relations, building relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry publications
• Oversee brand reputation management, responding to customer feedback, addressing social media crises, and protecting Zomato's brand image
• Manage and optimize Zomato's social media presence, creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

Skills:

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences
