  • Provide excellent customer service to Vi customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex problems to senior technical support representatives.
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback to maintain accurate records and improve customer service processes.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer support knowledge bases and training materials.
