As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding Swiggy's reach in the corporate and institutional segment. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals to bring new corporate and institutional clients onto the Swiggy platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of the corporate and institutional catering market and a passion for achieving success.

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the corporate and institutional segment, including companies, educational institutions, and government organizations.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, research their needs and preferences, and develop customized sales proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within organizations, understanding their business objectives and demonstrating how Swiggy's solutions can add value.
  • Present Swiggy's products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and addressing any concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and finalizing agreements.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales progress, pipeline development, and client feedback.
