Britannia, a leading manufacturer of biscuits, bread, cakes, and other food products, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Sales Representative to join our team remotely. As a Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting Britannia's products and services in your assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the success of Britannia's marketing initiatives within your territory.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential customer leads through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and digital marketing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits and features of Britannia's products and services
• Close deals, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely onboarding of new customers
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies

• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and the value proposition of Britannia's products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in a remote and competitive environment
